Hat Size Chart

Here at Sunday Afternoons, one of our cornerstones is a customized, comfortable fit. Due to inherent differences in designs and fabrics, each hat we offer may fit slightly differently.
 

Hat Quick Fit Tips

We design our hats to fit almost anyone’s head comfortably.


To measure for a hat, circle the crown of the head with string or dental floss, above the eyebrows and ears. Measure the length of string on a ruler and compare to the size ranges listed in the hat description—there’s your size! When you receive your hat, loosen or tighten the adjustable sizing as necessary for your custom fit. Wearing the hat slightly above eyebrows and ears will allow clear front and peripheral vision.

For bicep, measure around the fullest part.

NECK

Measure around the base of your neck, keeping the tape a bit loose.

CHEST

Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

ARM LENGTH

With your elbow slightly bent, measure from the center back of your
neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist.

WEARING WAIST

Measure around your waist where your waistband sits.
 

HIP

With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
 

INSEAM

Wearing pants that fit well, measure from the crotch seam to the
bottom of your leg.
